In order to be TRANSFORMATIVE, you must always be perfecting, NEVER perfect. Replace bad habits of being yourself with more consistent, more intentional good habits of the perfect person you want to be. Remember, JESUS is first! Be GRATEFUL to God for each moment of existence you are blessed with. Timeblock/prioritize. Procrastinating, as with hiding from problems or any form of of distraction or avoiding Reality, is succumbing to to evil. Avoid alcohol and people who drink alcohol. Avoid television and minimize your time with people who seek distractions in television, video or film.

Never ever drive or be defined by your vehicle or any material stuff ... Recognize how/why convenience disables, atrophies, weakens ... understand why seeking comfort KILLS ... Buy much less. Consume less than anyone consumes. Never ever ever follow the news. Never passively watch video or film. In everything, especially everything in affluent culture, be the least likely person to just swallow something ... Never sit for longer than it takes to tie your shoes. Move/lift/train more. Work at increasing VO2max every day. Lower your blood pressure. Master diaphragmatic breathing and always be improving your breathwork. Do jiujitsu solo drills. Hit/kick heavy bags. Grow your own food by gardening or landscaping. Stop swallowing shit. Use a fast-mimicking lifestyle to avoid processed food and sugar. Improve blood glucose/ketone levels. Drink more water; hydration flushes poisons. Organize worksessions and volunteer activities to optimize the volunteer experience. Avoid meetings, but attend those social physical activities that are about getting things done. Getting people MOVING has to be the MOVEMENT you support with your being
